6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short:  We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.

In the vast majority of cases, your data shall be stored electronically using a third-party server or software application, for example we use Dropbox to store all our data.

On occasion, we retain hard copy information, such as signed contract agreements, in our main and site offices.

We are committed to undertaking an annual audit of all data we hold to ensure the information is secure and still relevant.

We’ll retain your personal data for as long as we have a relationship with you and for a period afterwards where we have an ongoing business need to retain it. Following that period, we’ll make sure it’s deleted or anonymised.
