Listed Building

Originally a Grade II listed farmhouse and barn, Lighthouse Hotel formed the final part of a large estate named ‘The Lighthouse’.  In addition to the Hotel, MAKE were privileged to work on the two new build projects within ‘The Lighthouse Estate’.

Traditional, yet contemporary

In contrast to the two new build properties on the estate, it was essential that Lighthouse Hotel was converted sensitively and would showcase the original features.

Recognising and respecting the historic character of the property combined with contemporary solutions for modern living was a key part of the client’s brief.
