Procurement
Every project has its own path to appointing the main contractor or builder. The majority of our projects are negotiated with the client, although we often undertake a tendering process led by the client’s professional team.
We pride ourselves in giving clients impartial, project specific advice on the best procurement route; give us a call and we will happily talk you through your options for engaging our services.
Relationships
We win our work through word of mouth and our relationships built project to project. We rely solely on the recommendations of our clients and consultants.

Value and location
The core of MAKE projects are local to the South West and within an hour or two of our office in Bristol. However, given the right client and an interesting challenge, we are willing to work wherever this takes us
The majority of MAKE projects are above £1m in value. But this is secondary to the client relationship and quality of the project.
A dedicated project team
Each MAKE project has a full time Site Manager directly employed by MAKE. They will oversee the delivery of the build and will be supported by the Directors and our commercial surveyancing team.
Every Site Manager is first aid trained, CSCS registered and has SMSTS accreditation as a minimum.
