Make have undertaken the design for a replacement dwelling within Bristol. The proposal includes for the removal of a 1960’s detached property, with a new low-energy replacement dwelling in lieu.
The new home is designed around a stone wall enclosed garden, with full height glazing to the living accommodation on the ground floor. The entrance to the home is hidden within an enclosed multi-purpose canopy space.
The upper floors are provided with full height glazing, with modesty and views controlled by a bespoke timber brise-soleil.
"New build low energy town house and courtyard garden."
